Become a MAGMINA Cooperative member with these few easy steps
STEP 1
Attend one(1) hour Pre-Membership Orientation from Monday to Saturday at 9:00 to 10:00 AM and 2:00 to 3:00 PM
STEP 2
Download and fill out the Membership Application Form below, and submit it with 2 pcs. of 2×2 recent colored pictures with your name and date, photocopy of any government-issued ID.
STEP 3
Membership Fee: ₱ 100.00
